VSO’s has a unique niche is in providing high quality training,mentoring and long term coaching support at low cost. This enables VSO to go beyond the level of impact traditional training approaches deliver. VSO primarily works through professional volunteers who are able to model change and provide significant coaching support
Role overview
This project is delivered in collaboration with the District council. The quality teaching facilitator will be working in a team of three members.The Leadership facilitator will be supporting the
development of teacher's professional development needs through mentoring and coaching.The volunteer will be working with heads of the schools,school inspectors and ward education coordinator
Skills, qualifications and experience
You have at least a bachelor degree in education (BEd) and a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in primary school or secondary.Teacher coaching is essential desirable.
You are available for a volunteer placement of not less than 6 months.
