Business Development Executives Job Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma preferably from a Kenyan Institution.
Some experience selling HR Services.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Extremely personable
Independent worker with ability to collaborate as part of a team
Stellar organizational skills with attention-to-detail
Solid computer competency on Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Excellent negotiation skills
