GJB GROUP OF COMPANIES, currently looks for a potential Marketing and sales Manager candidate to join the Team.
Qualifications.
Masters holder of Marketing and sales,
Minimum of 4 years working experience
working under group of companies will be an added advantage.
The followings are descriptions for the position of Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating sales expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing weekly monthly and monthly budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Determines weekly, monthly and annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for departments; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating and developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting business projects by establishing targeted markets.
- Accomplishing by bring new markets both local and international for all company products, and evaluating profit margins.
- Gather and analyse all sales and marketing reports on a weekly basis.
- Responsible in increasing revenue to all the companies under GJB GROUP and creating new ideas, analysing
- To supervise on all advertisement regarding the company, working hand by hand with the IT department on all structurers and designs and online marketing.
- Will be responsible to make sure clients get the best service, well attended, and make sure there no complaints.
- Ensuring that the clients receive the best service at all times without any customer un-satisfaction.
- Submit the information of each marketing plan on execution of his /her responsibilities to HR and copy to General manager and Chairman.
- Must ensure careful calculations and exposure to these markets grow in profits and through the most comprehensive copy of the actual cost of the relevant products at all levels.
- Become a company's chief executive in ensuring that the Company is avoiding good-market businesses and high risks.
- Preparing markets before the product is already or is desirable to the customer / seller. "At any time, the department should have the answers to the availability of any goods or services and the prices will be clear"
- Design new techniques every month on how to raise the company's income and to make an analysis of any barriers that may have occurred as you would have seen.
- Advising a company's chief executive in ensuring that the Company is avoiding bad-market businesses and high risks.
- Perform any other duties that you will be required by the management.
