Job Purpose:
Align and translate business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on HR related issues.

Main Responsibilities
• Work in partnership with other HR team members to develop and coordinate the best practice HR strategies, policies, initiatives and procedures.
• Act as a liaison to make sure the business receives optimal HR services, provide proactive and responsive service on all aspects of HR strategy, policy and procedures.
• Manage and orchestrate the talent & management development process to identify key talent, key roles, future potential talent and succession plans.
• Ensure positive implementation of new strategic HR change initiatives, translating the strategy to a practical approach with the management of the business unit.
• Manage, coordinate and provide advice to the business on employee relations issues to improve work relationships, in return to build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Monitor quality and compliance on Performance Management process as well as ensuring performance culture is instilled among employees.
• Support line managers in identifying training needs for their respective business units and ensure implementation of training framework together with the specialists from COE.

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or any other related field.
• Master’s degree /HR Certification is an added advantage.
• At 5 years’ of work experience in HR Business Partnering; 2 years’ experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.
