Job Description
Workplace:
MeTL Agriculture Division, Tanga
Duties and Responsibilities:
To keep track of daily attendance and comparing bio metrics and physical attendance. Update of Payroll based on the bio metrics and prior information given.
Editing and issue the contract to workers who are on Testing and Training.
To attend injured persons and follow required procedures to get them treatment.
Monitoring the cleanliness of the campus
Provision of Leaves such as Annual leaves.
Advising the employees of work related inquiries.
Keep employee file track.
Any other duties assigned by Senior Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience required: Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Business Administration. Experience with using Ms Office packages. At least 4 years in the HR industry.
