TENDER NO. CRDB/2017/G/027 FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SPECIALIZED STORAGE AND BACKUP SYSTEM.

1. CRDB Bank PLC has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2017.lt is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the Contract for supply and Installation of Specialized Storage and Backup System.
2. CRDB Bank PLC now invites Sealed Tenders from all authorized distributors. The tendering will be conducted according to CRDB Bank Pie Procurement Policies and Procedures.
3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Bank's Tender Committee located at 1 st floor, CRDB Bank, Head Office, P. O. Box 268, Dar es Salaam, Telephone No. 2117442-7/2110962, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
4. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 150,000.00 (Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Fifty Thousand). Payment should be by Banker's Cheque, or Cash deposit payable to CRDB Bank Account Number 01 57000050000.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
6. All Tenders in one original plus one copy, duly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the Tender Box on the 1 st Floor, CRDB Head Office, along Azikiwe Street, Office Accommodation Scheme Building, Opposite New Post Office, P. O. Box 268, Dar es Salaam on or before 09:30 am local time on 6th December 2017. All Tenders clearly marked with the appropriated Tender Name and Number should be addressed to the Managing Director, CRDB Bank Pie, P. O. Box 268, Dar es Salaam.
7. Tenders will be opened in public on the same date at 10:00 am and in the presence of Tenderer's representative who chooses to attend the opening at CRDB Bank Pie Head Office, DAGS meeting room, First Floor DAGS Meeting Room.
8. Late Tenders, a portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
