Description
We are looking for an experienced sales team leader to contribute to our company’s sales objectives in Zanzibar. Your responsibilities include supervising and guiding the sales team as well as building long-term client relationships.
As a Sales Team Leader, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
We are looking for someone with working knowledge of hospitality, travel or e-commerce industries with a minimum 5 years’ background in sales with senior level sales experience. It's essential that you have an understanding of Office System including Excel & Powerpoint as well as strong experience with CRM system for lead & pipeline planning & reporting
