Experience 

3 Years Minimum
PHP, MySQL, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript / JQuery.

Frameworks (CI, Smarty, CakePHP or Yii etc.).

Should have knowledge of any ( Joomla , Drupal, magento , OS Commerce, or any open source).

Payment Gateway Integrations (Stripe, Paypal, WorldPay etc).
Knowledge of social APIs (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, Dailymotion etc.) will be preferred. Quick learner for different development tools etc.
