We need an experienced and passionate Country Director to head up our office in Arusha, Tanzania. You will lead on the development, review and implementation of African Initiatives Tanzania Ltd (AITL’s) business plan. This is a senior management post and requires a self-starter, with considerable experience of successfully developing and securing new business opportunities in the form of project grants or other sources of income
