Job Description

Job Summary
Plan and develop pipeline for new/ target customers. Push products into local and regional markets aggressively, Supports sales and marketing manager by tracking sales of products, search for new markets and reporting sales performance everyday to the Sales Manager and Plant Head.

Responsibilities

Search for new markets and while ensuring good customer relation with existing customers
Customer visitation, customer account management and collection of receivables
Marketing planning
To ensure timely delivery of company products to customers within the city and other areas
Provides product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer request forwarding information to customers answering questions
Provides sales against projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
Send samples to customers and manage customer request, arranging shipments, notifying customer
Education

Diploma holder and above in Business Administration and Marketing Management
Experience

2-4 years experience in Sales and Marketing
Candidates from Mbeya are more preferred
Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Swahili
Good interpersonal relationship
Good negotiation skills
