 COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER - AGA KHAN FOUNDATION TANZANIA

The AKF is a private, non- denomination international development agency creative and effective solutions to selected problems that is impede social and economic development and in parts of Africa and Asia, AKF East Africa regional structure that supports programme in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda in Tanzania AKF is manging a robust and expanding portifolio of multi-sectorial initiative that includes programme in inclusive economic development health, nutrition earlly childhood evelopment, education and civil society strengthening . AKF  is currency implementing 15 grants  from multiple  donors and has operations to DSM, ZANZIBAR, MTWARA, LINDI, ARUSHA, MOROGORO AND MWANZA

Reporting to country director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-manage organizations assets and finances, legal risk, ststutory and donor compliance manage donor and statutory audits provide financial infromations to management for strategic and day to day decision making toensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness and AKGT contry office  and field officers

- minimum bachelor degree in finance or accounting together with professional qualified  - CPA, ACCA, CIMA is must

- demostrated experience  of working with consortiums internatioal multilateral and bilatelar donors id must

- work experience in an International development  organization is desirable

- experience of preparations and supervision of both annual exteranal audits  internal grant reviews and donor audits is must

- working knowledge of informations technology and its applications in office setting

- ability to  demonstrate effective managerial ladership

- strong or responsibility professsional
