Job Description
- Responsible for establishing the system for customer service, such as after-sales service management system, customer information management
- The implementation of the various systems of the organization, supervision and customer service, and personnel evaluation;
- Follow-up post-sales, and provide quality after-sales service;
- Develop sales, marketing and sales departments work program and projects to improve the corporate image, to ensure customer loyalty;
- Handling customer complaints and customer grievances and improve customer satisfaction;
- Training and support of customer service professionals to guide the work of subordinates and the implementation of the assessment;
- Complete the marketing manager for others temporary task.
Job Qualifications
- A female candidate
- Have knowledge or skills in Cellphone Sales
- Good at Computer Especially MS Excel
- Have at least two years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Fast Moving Goods (FMCG)
- Have Advanced Diploma Or Degree
