This opportunity is for someone who has amazing leadership skills to lead, manage and train a team and develop them and the Business according to the International standards upheld by our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for and reports on the management of all the company's purchases (Opex, Capex, SG & A) in accordance with the company procedures/policies.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Group's Procurement Policy and Strategy, ensuring that the processes and procedures are followed and respected.
- Management of all aspects/activities related to logistics and customs clearance
- Responsible for the implementation of the management of a logistics strategy defined by the Group
- Management and execution of logistics activities (Internal transportation and distribution of goods as well as costs.)
- Responsible to set up and maintain relations of good collaboration with other departments
- Share best practices with the various Supply Chain and Logistics Managers through the Group's operations.
- Be an active member of the discussion group to transform the supply chain into a strategic function within the company.
- Lead and train the local team.
- Be responsible for the ongoing development and commitment/investment of all members.
