Direct Reports : ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Position status: Full-time
Contract : Fixed term
Location : Dar Es Salaam

• Prepare meals for MSF Staff, according to hygiene standards and security rules, in order to ensure their nutritional needs
• Prepare diversified menus
• Carry out the preparation of meals for staff (international and national)
• Follow at all times all hygiene standards and security rules
• Control stock of food, prepare shopping list and make purchases if required
• Ensure cleanliness of all facilities, utensils and equipment
• Keep an inventory of MSF kitchen utensils and equipment
• Report all important information

Minimum Education: Literacy essential, course on cooking desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in an international environment
Languages: Swahili and English
Competences: commitment, flexibility, results oriented, service orientation
