Main Responsibilities
• Represent the company in court or before government agencies.
• Represent the interests of company in legal proceedings
• Interpret laws, rules and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Provide legal advice to the company.
• Prepare legal briefs and opinions.
• Prepare documentation of legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents.
• Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
• Identify implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information.
• Advise company concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Provide legal advice to customers and company.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in law, preferably having a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
• (Being An Advocate will be added advantage)
• Experience: Working experience at least 1 years and above in Legal sector.
• Age 30 years and above.
.At least one year working at bank as an advocate.
.Female candidates are more preferable
