An exciting Recruitment Assistant / Resourcer opportunity is available for a leading recruitment agency on our busy office. Part of a close knit and collaborative team, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a career in recruitment. This is a role which will be conducted at a volume and pace, and will require someone who can manage their time well and support across multiple priorities without compromising the quality and level of service
Sourcing talent (using in-house database and outside channels)
Conducting Telephone Screening
Attend exciting networking events, and will gradually build your career to becoming a successful consultant.
Assisting with Interviewing of Candidates and Setting up of Interviews
Conducting Database and Internet Search
Assisting with Reference Checking of Candidates
Assisting Job Seekers with the Registration Process
Identify new business opportunities
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates
