Job Description
We are currently looking for highly experienced School Principal with a strong personality and respectful of diverse cultures and religions to manage school operations and provide strong leadership to our teachers and staff members.
Position: School Principal
Gross Pay: TZS4, 000, 000
Responsibilities
· Develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class material better.
· Respond to concerns from parents and school board administrators.
· Must be capable of managing and leading a school with over 400 students.
· Providing day to day leadership to school teachers and staff members
Qualifications
· Must be a Tanzanian.
· Energetic and Highly motivated.
· Must be respectful of all cultures & religious beliefs.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.
· Strong verbal & communication skills.
· Must have strong teaching and administration background
· Minimum Bachelors in Education or any related field.
· Must be familiar with the NECTA curriculum.
· Must have teaching experience.
