Description
The trainer is the one conducting training sessions to both sales coaches and sales agents and providing concrete feedback on quality of trained sales processes.
The following duties will be part of your responsibilities:
Train on Devergy products and services
Teach on good selling techniques, leadership and accountability
Provide training resources and assistance e.g instructional materials, handouts
Identify knowledge gaps
Motivate to perform and bring results
Design training curriculum from entry level to executive level
Conducting and scheduling orientation to sales process
Use both modern and traditional training methods e.g role plays and lecturing
Preparing exam questions
Provide feedback to the management on training based on field performance
Develop an individual coaching plan to improve individual results Recommend budget and control cost by making training effective

Qualifications and skills required
University Degree is required
Fluent in English & Swahili
Experience in teaching sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
