RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Work with AIDSFree staff to gather appropriate voucher documentation and enter transactions in QuickBooks.
Review all accounting transactions before submission to the Finance Manager.
Proper review and Cross Checking of vendors’ invoices to ensure there are no double payments.
Review all travel advance requests and expense reports for accuracy and appropriate documentation.
Monitor outstanding advances and take action as necessary.
Provide financial and administrative support for meetings, conferences, workshops hosted by AIDSFree.
Maintain all financial files including vouchers and procurement documentation. Participate on procurement committees as needed. Assist the Finance Manager on Monthly reconciliation and closing process.

Manage Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption applications and VAT reimbursements,;
Work with contracted agent to clear goods and services procured/donated to JSI AIDSFree.
