The company is looking for qualified Tanzanians to fill in Aviation security positions at various airports in Tanzania
Qualifications:

1. An A level or O level Graduate with relevant skills, no criminal records.
2. JKT attendance is an added advantage
3. Must possess an Aviation Security Certificate (STP 123 and Basic Screeners certificate).
4. Experience of 2 years and above in Aviation Security.
5. Strong verbal and written Swahili & English
6. Experience in or acceptance of working in a 24 hour, 7 day a week rotating shift worker
   environment
7. Willingness to work in a flexible manner in a changing environment
8. SMS/DGR training/knowledge will be added advantage.
   Job Description:
9. To secure aircrafts and passengers luggage as per client procedures and or company
   security programme
10. To ensure safety and security of the client and employer daily operations
11. Carry out pre-flight security screening
12. To monitor and searching staff/personnel who have been allowed access to aircraft, to
    prevent theft/or any kind of pilferage that might occur during operations.
13. Report all serious incidents to the shift sergeant and to record such incidents that have
    occurred during the period of duty
14. Comply with company rules and the Aviation Security Service statutory and rules
    framework, in particular the Civil Aviation Security, rules and pursuant regulations,
    National Aviation Security Programme and ICAO Annex 17 requirements
15. Perform all other duties assigned by Security Manager from time to time and ensure
    effectiveness and efficiency all the time.

16. Security and safety is not compromised
17. Customers are dealt with in a respectful and professional manner
18. Legislation and Avsec policies and procedures are complied with
