Monitor ISP Network, Systems and Servers for problems from various central location (s) and provide online support to clients and technical team to resolve and escalate problems.
Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with technical support teams, track problems through to resolution and ensure maximum uptime, high performance on the systems and network.
Summary:
- Monitor Networks & Systems
- Troubleshoot Problems
- Open tickets, Update and track issues until closure of tickets
- Report Incidents
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering or ICT
- CCNA would be beneficial
Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing, supporting and deploying network and systems
- Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues
- Understanding of common information architecture frameworks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
- Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
- Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Systems / Network Hardware experience with Cisco, Huawei, Mikrotik, HP, Dell.
- Previous customer service or helpdesk experience
