Job description

We are looking for Resident Manager in Meliá Serengeti.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring it runs smoothly.



Desired Skills and Experience:

University Degree in Hospitality or similar.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Resident Manager.

Previous experience in All inclusive, 4* and 5*.

Fluency in English.

Strong Leadership and managerial skills.

Profitability and business driven oriented.

Experience in F&B.

Team work and customer orientation.

Able to relocate to Tanzania.

The study aims to evaluate the effect of cash transfer on the reduction of HSV-2 incidence among vAGYW aged 15-23 years.The National Institute for Medical Research – Mwanza Medical Research Center as partner of the Sauti Program will oversee the implementation of CARE Study.
